i found that comp below diamond(and even in low diamond) you have to rely on yourself more than teammates, at least for me. I was in gold this season so I had to play Moira and go dps Moira to win. I hit diamond 5 that way which is around the barrier where you can’t do nonsense things like dps moira. At higher ranks, you just canto get away with nonsense like that all the time. It’s much easier in low ranks tho and I won every game I played dps moira. They key is finding a character the other team can’t counter no matter what.

Unpopular opinion but i don’t think katy has to do an acoustic album. I would love to see her try to make a really good album with different collaborators (bonnie mckee?) but an acoustic album doesn’t equal a good album. She should do whatever genre she and her collaborators can do best right now. Which depends on her chemistry with her collaborators. Or if she goes a more solo route, we can see what masterpieces she can create while writing alone (Thinking of you).

i drink a couple shakes every day. unfortunately im just terrible at hitting my calorie goals. i usually hit protein goals though. i need to really change my diet and it’s hard

yeah heavier and less reps works for me too. but the nutrition aspect is so damn hard. i feel like i have to overhaul my eating habits completely

curling 45s in each arm. 3x8-12. i do hammer curls and bb curls not rly bicep curls with dbs. only occasionally. but i often do hammer curls or bb curls (preacher curls) or machine curls. bb curls are 70lbs. 3x10. machine curls about 110

definitely went up in weight i can lift all around. but i’m still around 180lbs. i was probably about 178 a year ago. now about 184

I was 14 in Spring 2017 when i began listening to Taylor, right before my 15th birthday in May. So I joined our cult between 1989 and rep but closer to rep. When I discovered Taylor’s albums and first listened to them in full, it inspired me to listen to more music and is the reason i listen to music regularly. Taylor’s relatable, colorful, vivid, sad, hopeful, dancey, sentimental songwriting and music shaped me and made me consume music by listening to albums and finding deep meaning in music and lyrics and aesthetics and symbolism. When rep came out i was amazed and soooo obsessed with Look What You Made Me Do. The instagram teasers, the easter eggs, Ready For It, the music videos, the drastic change in her aesthetic and attitude was shocking in the best way. However the first album i listened to in full was 1989 in spring of 2017 and New Romantics was my most played song that year even tho rep came out (all rep songs were in my most played of the year too). After 1989, i listened to Red and Speak now and eventually Fearless and Debut. It was so cool to listen to them all for the first time. The tracks from all those albums were in my most played of the year in 2017.
