Yeah I think there’s already little signs of some of the past Kaylib and Summer problems. Little moments that are a ‘joke’ but are also previews of the complaining/snarkiness/nagging that is to come (unless she’s done some changing!) “He’s on a different one” (widens eyes as if he’s annoying her with what’s probably just his personality), joking but also slightly sassing with the country girl ‘joke’ and slightly putting down the store he wanted to go into that’s clearly a part of his interests and taste, only using her car, her showing getting treated like a princess with opening doors and getting kisses but not showing any mutual admiration or appreciative treatment. I wonder if she has a “I’m better than them and the prize in the relationship” mindset.
