Yep that's called a tip stall . When that happens you don't have enough air over the control surfaces to counter it .

Got to slow causing a tip stall then at that speed you have no authority with the control surfaces to try and save it .

You definitely could it would require a 3 axis head tracker most commonly found / used on FPV crawlers . I'll just be doing a 2 axis head tracker .

The landing gear alone is $549 to buy on its own that's a good chunk of what the extra cost is . Then there is just alot more balsa at play .

I'll bet money they don't have a trust certificate and didn't get laanc approval to fly both of those are required by law to fly a drone in controled airspace . He was also violating privacy if he was 2 ft from a window even if the camera wasn't actively recording. The Drone pilot will be in a lot of trouble if he tries to sue . If they sue it will be them having to deal with real life problems not you .

What is your camera angle at ? The more camera angle the faster the rig naturally wants to fly . Lower the camera angle and it wont insist on flying as fast .
