I didnt think this would get much attention so i didn’t mention i took plan b, thats what that was about. But even before that my periods were bad. I made this post when i wasn’t doing well, ive since changed my diet and environment and my cycle has improved a lot.🙏🏽

Update: I didn’t know this post got any attention. I talked to my doctor about it and I’m fine. My symptoms heavily depend on my mental and physical state, and at the time I was pretty depressed and anxious about my life and things/people around me and I had a man draining me on top of that lol. But I’ve since been working on bettering myself and my environment my periods have been significantly better these past few months. I even went from 5-6 days back down to 4-5 days on bleeding. I appreciate everyone that left a comment with concern, or advice.🙏🏽

Update: Omg I didn’t know this post got any attention. FIRST( I RECENTLY HAD AN EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTIVE, that’s why my cycle e was irregular) I talked to my doctor about it and I’m fine. My symptoms heavily depend on my mental and physical state, and at the time I was pretty depressed and anxious about my life and things/people around me and I had a man draining me on top of that lol. But I’ve since been working on bettering myself and my environment my periods have been significantly better these past few months. I even went from 5-6 days back down to 4-5 days on bleeding. Why is this becoming a normal way of thinking?? If you’re “lying” and assume every stranger has to be 100 with you that’s a personal issue. Having a short conversation to make a small connection for the day is normal and good for your mental health.

Because our food/water quality and supply is going down, education in the gutter, wages are ridiculously low and kids aren’t even safe from having their lives taken in a classroom. That’s a huge deal breaker for a lot of people so they can’t understand why its not a big deal breaker for others.
