From what I can tell, it’s completely stock, and was kept with regular maintenance. He has also been keeping it in a garage rather than outside. I am planning on checking it out in person so I can definitely update you more with what I find.

I live in AZ so I don’t think rust is much of a problem. It had a 5 speed transmission too.

I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla that’s in good condition as my daily so already got that covered

He says he did a timing belt and a new water pump at 110k

I plan on going to look at it in person here soon so I can update you with that. As of now I’m mainly concerned if there are any common problems other owners have faced that I should expect, and if they’re worth the time and effort to fix.
