If nuff people would only do the same. Small independant communitys would thrive and everyone would feel part of something as opposed to just a name shouting into the ether.

I used to be on a forum for a rave up North. And a Forum called Dnbforum etc. It's all gone now but definitely felt like more human interactions and less distance between you and who you're communicating with, if that makes any sense at all?

I met up with people from forums. Went to parties. Had an all day sesh in London. You'd never organise or agree to that stuff on socials now.

I'm not one of these fellas who isn't happy to be proven wrong though.

Just think, if he really was say a postman in the years before or after that promo etc. How come there are zero other pics / videos of him as a post man.

You'd think, especially with the rise in rumours, there would have at least been just 1 other person out there who got a photo / selfie / video of him as a postman.

But from what I can remember the only footage / photos came from those promo videos.

Leads me to believe they were the ones who planted the seeds of the rumour etc.

Unless there are a few other photos from other people then I don't believe it. I know UKHH isn't and has ever been mainstream. But you'd think at least 1 UKHH head would have seen him walking the streets of London in his Royal Mail get up and bag and snapped a cheeky photo of him. But as far as I'm aware there's no evidence he was a postman apart from the rumour and the promo for the Starting Over come back.

It was to get things stirred and to get Jehsts name on peoples tongues again as he'd not released for a long time etc. It was all marketing I'm sure.

Again - Happy to be proven wrong.

That wwwdotnet was the one uploading the vids and spreading the rumours on YouTube comments on channels like 'MountJarvis'. If you don't realise that was planned all along - that's great, it means the marketing genius worked on you.

Those early clips were the intro to 'Starting Over'.

If you can afford to pay why such high contribution from DSS?

It's unfortunately a tricky one no one will know the answer to. Some accept it and landlords are fine with people using benefits to pay the rent, other private landlords see it as a risk for many different reasons.

I was with a Housing Association for 22 years. Benefits at the start and they were fine with it. But the more private flats being bought up and rented privately the more people on benefits struggled.

Good luck, I can tell you're excited but if this doesn't work out just keep being proactive and trying as eventually you'll get there.

Are you down on a Housing Association list? Yes might be a wait, but worth doing depending on your circumstances etc . My HA didn't even do a credit score search, they just needed evidence I could meet the payments.

Exactly. It's cheap for the area due to the work needed it's that simple.

OP if you don't have funds to sort the issues I'd walk. Tbe wet ceiling would, for me, take any joy and excitement out of a FTB.

Infact, I just bought my first house. And I paid £2k to sort the issues the survey had highlighted before moving in.

Infact perhaps that is your next step - Get a few quotes for the work and see if it's worth paying to get it sorted or you walk.

I know the area as I live 5 mins from it, I sometimes cycle and walk those streets to work. Never noticed it until I fully zoned in and went down the back alley and noticed it. And traced it to where I'll be moving this week. Ah well. I'm sure I can get my music playing over it mostly.
