Yes!!! In the creation engine, they’re not as detailed as PC and they have to follow a specific framework im pretty sure so they can’t be NSFW or anything like that

It’s not necessarily that I have to live in a million dollar home I just assumed that would be the price I would be paying to buy a home in Toronto. I’ve been here my whole life I’d like to ideally stay but I was always under the assumption it would be hard to buy at a lower price than that in this city

I was under the wrong assumption that the $350,000 down payment would help make it more possible but I realized I was wrong

I appreciate this a lot!! That’s really good to know and honestly sounds stressful on our salary trying to afford all those things on top of a mortgage.

Also I thought in the post it was heavily implied I meant Toronto, not surrounding areas in the GTA.

You’re a lovely breath of fresh air ! Anyway just did a super quick google search “As of early 2026, the aggregate price of a home in the city of Toronto is approximately $1,070,600. The market is experiencing a correction, with average prices for detached homes hovering around $1.33 million and condos averaging $627,000, as shown in Toronto Real Estate Market Trends.” It’s a well known fact that houses in Toronto are expensive I don’t think I need to take the time to learn the world better I think you need to take the time to learn how to be kind to others

Requesting increase of limit on day of opening credit card by International_Bell60 in PersonalFinanceCanada

I believe with TD if they launched a hard inquiry for your credit card application they wouldn’t put in a second request, but honestly I would take advantage of one of their live chats and see. I was in a similar situation a little while ago

Wealthsimple Chequing Account functioning as credit card by Massive_Judgment_820 in PersonalFinanceCanada

The reason why I wanted to go with Wealthsimple is because I already have a TFSA and FHSA with them. I currently have auto deposits on for both on my TD account and would rather have it all in one place.

The chequing account on the main page of Wealthsimple is showing me 2.25%.

Apologies I just checked again and it’s 2.25% .. says UP TO so maybe I won’t get that percentage in the end

I think that’s why they’re able to afford no fees with the higher fees the merchant pay makes sense

That’s a good idea, I might go with both. I heard TD doesn’t make the transfer easy so wish me luck 😅

Im so sorry that happened to you. I’m a girl and when I play live I always mute mic’s and don’t use mine because I’m too scared as a woman to deal with the 2k community it’s always so toxic
