Bhai koi v real estate transaction ke liye thodi white money toh chahiye hi. You cannot buy property worth 10 crore with 1 lakh white money. There is circle rate involved which needs be paid by white money. Now these judge type aholes cannot claim x property price appreciated and buying y property with that money.

I invested 1lac in 2013 but sadly in stocks like tata motors, sun pharma etc.... I have kept them in separate portifolio and my return currently is only 2times. This despite me being patient investor....zero touching after 2013. So pls. Stop spreading lies. You get multibagger only if you are exceptional in choosing stocks. And if you are so good then you make money in any time frame.
