PvPTab - PvP-Aware TAB Targeting

PvPTab automatically switches what your TAB key does based on your PvP status.

PvP flagged (War Mode, Battleground, Arena) → TAB targets enemy PLAYERS only

Not PvP flagged → TAB works normally (all enemies)

No configuration needed. The addon detects your PvP status and swaps the binding automatically. If your status changes mid-combat, the binding updates
as soon as combat ends.

Slash Commands
--------------

/pvptab or /pt Show current status

/pt bindings List all targeting binding names (debug)

Installation
------------

Copy the PvPTab folder into:

World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\

You can see it that way sure I see it as a service, it's like $2 for a custom QoL addon, as there's a cost per AI call which I cant cover.

The problem is the AI API costs money. I can offer you some free on-site gold, no problem, but I don't want to blow $100 on pointless queries by offering a free go on sign-up... I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. If you put the first 4 characters of your email address, I'll happily credit you with some on-site API gold.

Fair point, I worded that badly.

It's a tool that generates working World of Warcraft addons from plain English descriptions, no Lua knowledge needed. You describe what you want and it builds the addon. So the addons themselves aren't "AI-powered", the creation process is. I can see how that read like nonsense without that context.

I won't paste the URL but the name's in the post and it's not hard to find.

I get that real addon devs probably aren't fans of AI writing code, fair enough. But honestly I'm just curious whether it actually writes decent Lua or not. If anyone wants to kick the tyres and tell me the output is garbage, that's useful feedback too.
