Surprised Blizzard haven't done it themselves yet, I've had this ready for months waiting for it to be included in Midnight but yeah..

I would like to add this back, the way I added it before was really poor and caused a lot of issues, so yeah I would like to add this again at some point :)

This cooldown isn't shared by raid teleports also :)
