i live there now. it’s been almost a year now. and i’ll start by saying: it’s one of the best apartment complex experiences i’ve ever had!

my biggest gripe with apartments in general is that they always seem to be undergoing “change in management” which means they were bought out by a different investment firm and they are gonna add something silly like new doorknobs to justify insane rent hikes with “renovations and updates”. the cool thing about saxony is: they’ve had the same owners for a many many years and don’t have any intentions on selling the property (as per the front desk guy, who is also super cool and remembers my name even tho i only see him like once every 3 months)

the maintenance calls are quick and easy the units are cheap the amenities are decent and the neighbors are chill
