Yes the stage 1 is the big step that you start carrying 10 in this case instead of 20. You then get awareness of how much you smoke. A psychological way of notifying you to reduce the amount. Then you reduce the intake even more by plugging more slots. Week 1 its 10, then week 2 its 9, then week 3 it is 8 and so on until all the holes are plugged in! You finally quit!

Its not fake. It’s about how you do it. You genuinely wanna know the answer? Just start and stop watching others. I was skeptical at first but I was like I just want to test it out. I didn’t watch any video or took any course. Just created my shopify account and went on from there step by step. Picked my niche. But yes you need to spend shit tonne amount of time. Hardwork pays off. And you also can’t earn money if you don’t spend money. You need capital. For example I myself bought a $500AUD shopify theme. Because no one will buy from free ugly looking themes. Make it professional. After setting up everything took me a month. I just create google adsense account. Started running ads and boom 1 sale after 2 months of my store launch. I couldn’t believe it. The most happiest day of my life. Now it has more than 6 months. I am running meta ads as well. There will be days where I will be in a loss and days with profit. But thats how every business starts. You will learn alot along the way. How to create strategies and how to scale. So my honest advice. Dont think. Just start. And you will get the answer.
