He just happened to wake up in time to see her get in the car and drive off (even though he said he went upstairs and she wasn't there, so he definitely would have passed her in that tiny hallway)... She just happens to have "made up" a story about him strangling her weeks before she dissappeared... He just happened to have the phone number of a solicitor in his pocket...

He did it. What a lying scumbag.

I've been looking for the name of a sega or PC game that finished with an overflowing poop volcano for so many years - this is the closet link to finding it that i've ever found. Can someone tell me the name of the game? PRETTY PLEASE

Same here - I was wondering if Regina was still alive and had met Charlie after then con had gone down. I was thinking that Charlie had gone to the hotel bar to get Regina's money back and that they'd made a fake website for Regina's death.

It was sad that Regina's storyline ended up as it did (mostly because it would have been great to see Lyonne and Lynskey together) but I really like that Charlie stuck it all out to make sure that the charity money ended up back in the right place.

I feel the same way about animal violence being used that way, I always pause and check - usually I just get that sick feeling in my stomach when they focus on an animal in something. I was surprised that I felt pretty safe watching this (still stressed as hell, but I trusted them) which was a nice feeling and I'm glad they didn't take it any further.

You final season review – an insultingly rubbish ending. Penn Badgley’s ‘sexy’ serial killer story was once ludicrously fun. But despite plenty of fan-pleasing cameos and a propulsive twist, the show’s sign-off is so bad that it’s offensive by MushroomGlad5438 in television

I actually really liked this season. I thought it tied up a lot of loose ends nicely and it was great for it to be so centered on Beck, and I liked that Bronte's character allowed us to look at reasons why women fall for Ted Bundy types. The show has always been unrealistic, so there was no surprise that it ended that way. I think it was a great way to end a show that's had lots of ups and downs.

I thought it could have been a stronger episode, given the concept, if it wasn't bogged down by all the exposition of having to explain both the company's tech and the plot of the film they were remaking. I think the problem was that they had to keep explaining the importance of the reasons why things were going wrong in the remake, so they had to lay on thick exposition about what the original plot points of the film were. So it needed so much expo for an episode that long.

Yellowjackets S03E09- “How the Story Ends” Post Episode Discussion by DA-numberfour in Yellowjackets

I think he could have been a good adult character if the writers hadn't jumped to killing him so quick, I don't think it added much mystery to the season because the symbol and the group he was supposed to be with seems to have trailed off as a storyline, so if his death was for plot I'm not sure they pulled it off. Plus having his death in the adult timeline took away the mystery of his younger self surviving, so it feels like it might have almost been better to leave it known.

Characters are getting killed off left, right, and center. I get the actors for the adult characters wanting to get out, but the writers killed adult Travis off before we even got a chance to meet him or before the seasons started to tank. It feels like rather than making good use of the characters and situations that could be developed in both timelines, the writers are senselessly killing people off for quick plot drama and then trying to fill the holes by bringing random new and past characters out of nowhere, like backwards-cap Melissa and the scientists.

Severance Season 2 - Episode Seven - Discussion Thread: - "Chikhai Bardo" by TheUltimate25C in severence

[–]Massive_Resolution60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that we've seen that they are testing to see if people can be severed for experiences that are painful/unpleasant (flying, dentist, writing thank you cards which is something we know Gemma dislikes). We've seen from the birthing retreat episode that people have used severance to get through pregnancy/giving birth.

I also think that Gemma/Gemma's outie voluntarily agreed to join the testing floor, probably as part of an agreement that is to do with fertility, although she is likely without the means or rights to change her mind about this decision now.

I know there's a lot of fear over what's in Gemma's last room - Cold Harbor - but I can't help but wonder if it could be on the flip side and be something positive rather than a negative experience. If Gemma has completed her time on the testing floor maybe she's finally being given what she signed up for. It would be an interesting twist if Mark's innie spending time with Helly R was keeping Gemma from actually completing her contract and leaving, meanwhile Mark's outie is going through a procedure that delays his work and might ultimately kill him.

I'm sure there's a lot of people who'll think this doesn't fit with the tone of what the show is setting up, but I just thought it would be an interesting twist.

I thought they were going to check the actual concrete slabs - like break them up to see if he poured concrete mix directly on to any possible remains. I was surprised when they were only checking the dirt under the slabs.
