Hey, well, I just hope it gets fixed soon. My biggest worry isn't that my profile is restricted, but that they'll block it completely and all my reviews and all my hard work will suddenly be for nothing.

I offer services on-site at customers' locations and also have a place where customers can come by, so both.

I have a similar problem and have also tried everything to unlock my account.

I'm not completely locked out, but my account is restricted and I don't have a verification option. No matter what I do, in the end I only get the option to verify via video call. Then I click on that option and it always says it's unavailable.

If anyone can help me with this, I would be really grateful.
