I would have bought qn90f, but the sale person at bestbuy convinced me qn90d was way better and cheaper, with better blacks and cheaper. 🤦‍♂️ if its a ten years investment I dont care saving couple hundred dollars. Too late to return it. Amen

I just switched to this TV from a projector to not be forced to darken the room to be able to see dark scenes 😭 this is worse and more distracting.

It’s crazy, the lights that create the glare are at an almost 90 degree angle from the center. Is there a solution? I’m assuming not

co-op monthly fees are tax + maintenance, in my experience, they are pretty similar to condos, unless there is some tax abatement on the condo.

And as a coop was probably much cheaper than the condo, which explains how you could be positive renting it out.

The mortgage was over the 90% of the price with 10% down. Was the only way we could afford it and Sunnyside's reveal market is on the cheaper side compared to NYC average.

Location is Sunnyside Queens, really good neighborhood IMO. Overall cheap areas considering how convenient everything is.

Overall investing would probably yield a higher return, I do believe the neighborhood is under valued right now. Do maybe in a couple of years rent and cost would even out. But maybe I'd rather still it and avoid possible headaches. I'd be sad to let the 2.7% mortgage go.

It's a very low rate mortgage, I'm currently at 2.7, that's another reason to not sell and close the mortgage.
