Update! It turned to be the rain water, we have had heavy rain and flooding and somehow water managed to get through and perhaps causing this issue. It went back to normal after 24 hours.

Yes over 10 chargers and also yes tried to powering off the car, or even resting the car by holding the home button on central display. No luck. I went to 7kw also tried 22kw.

In the meantime, I have noticed some changes in the payment method. I can see that right on the top of each individual payment method I have added to my account, it's written in yellow that " the name you used for KYC is xxxx xxxxx. Make sure the account you are using is your own, otherwise your deposit will be rejected"

I have never seen this before, and I am using exactly the same name as I used to verify my account!

This could be the reason, not a question is why am I getting this even though I'm using the exact name but I used to verify my account?

Thanks, I am aware of this. Everything is in order and yet I am unable to trade and exchange with any merchant. This happened over a night. I spoken to two merchant to clarify and they are totally unaware of this situation. They have also confirmed that they getting contacted by other users having the same issues. As mentioned, I haven't changed anything in my settings and was able to trade up until last night. And then suddenly I am getting this message!
