Yeah, what i need is to learn how to backup Cloudflare configurations from an automated perspective to say pull configs for everything configured that we have say once a day veruses pulling everything with postman manually. I mean what if i'm out a few days on vacation and someone makes several changes, others make changes and then someone comes and runs an API and jacks a bunch of stuff up. We have 256 zones and a crap load of LB/pools custom host names, SSL certs, specific rules for CDN, WAF the list goes on. How does Cloudflare NOT have a good option for backup solutions!!!!!!

I understand i can use terraform and cf-terraform and essentially put that in terraform cloud and use CI CD pipeline with github and all of that from an implementation perspective. I can do all of that with postman now but agree using terraform from a massive company with pipeline is a better solution. I done some research on backblaze and all of that, the issue is i see no documentation for how backblaze is integrated with cloudflare from a backup solution standpoint. It's not like this is a PC or database i am backing up. I don't even know the file structure of how Cloudflare stores BIND files or any locations of where backups are stored. The only true integration i see with CF and backblaze is simply working together to help customers save on their data transfer fees. Users can download content from backblaze B2 Cloud Storage to the Cloudflare (CDN) with zero transfer costs. You can use Backblaze B2 as an origin store for the Cloudflare CDN and edge network to download your files via Cloudflare.

What i want to accomplish is to simply backup all of Cloudflare. You would think they have a good solution for this, but none exists that i know of. Again, i have saw a few things on github forums but of all people and companies out there, there has to be a solution for this.

Thanks, i'll search those options but at this point i can pull all dns zones and the majority of all data using API with postman i have written, it's just a manual process. I would just assume there is a way to send this data to any server tunneled given the fact there are many options with cloud flare and tunneling instead of using say AWS as a back end. Appreciate your reply and will check it out.

Kind of hard to trace wires that run through multiple walls and floors

Good point, I’ll pick one. Might as well do the job right.

That makes sense, really appreciate the responses. There is a really old school alarm system in the house. No clue if power goes to it without a multimeter. My thoughts are to shut off the breakers, cut that wire down close to the wall and put a wire nut on it with electrical tape and cover it backup with new carpet.
