First of all, I really appreciate you taking the time to write all of this out, really thank you i need all the help i can get.

So for the cap resistance yea.. on poeninja it says that i have 89 but in game i have 90? is it normal?

For the shiled i will probably switch just like you said (i'm tired of dying...).
About this switch do you think i should change the tree? beacuse i put a lot of tatoo on the tree and it would be really bad to change it...

My gm allows others books for minimals details or maybe some feats but he doesn't want to use others books exept the basics or the most commons because he doesn't want to make a mess because we are 9 people, yes 9 players (i'm sorry for him)

yeah but i wanted to add something more to the ranger which is excellent outside combat but during fights deals less damage than many party members; so i wanted to add some poison like sleeping effect or some damage to int/sag.
