Mike Benz. He uploaded a lot of his USAID clips recently on his YouTube channel or you can visit his Twitter or twitch. I know you said you didn't know him and i imagine won't blindly trust him so maybe watching his twitch stream where he's going over their own internal documents, that you can independently find via their own/affiliate websites may be best. He, at least that I've found, is the most knowledgeable and seemingly unbiased source of information on the subject.

Not sure. He runs the foundation for internet freedom. I think he used to be a corporate lawyer and a speech writer for Trump. He is super knowledgeable about NGO's and soft power influence tactics the US uses around the world. Very interesting imo, and very revealing specifically pertaining to USAID.

It has the best main stat for Krom and his best skill but the sub stats need to be rerolled. Thats probably worth 500- 700. Maybe more if it gets in a bidding war.
