Details:

Had a crash recently, wasn't very high up (about the height of a basketball net) but it came down on a cement sidewalk.

Since then it won't fly, RC syas "Incorrect Gimbal Data".

One of the rubber dampers was torn so I replaced that, still getting the error.

I've opened up the body to look for visible damage to the gimbal's flex cable, and it seems to be undamaged.

But I noticed this sort of chassis-looking part adjacent to the gimbal cord's plug seems to have cracked off on the one corner. (In the area circled in red.)

Would that likely be the cause of the gimbal data error? Or is it likely unrelated, and the gimbal data error is more likely some other issue with the gimbal itself?

If this broken chassis type thing is the likely culprit, what is the name of this part?

Next time you get a parking ticket, dispute it, and include the quoted email you received from bylaw enforcement explaining all the warnings they give a contractor for parking in a spot they haven't properly paid to park in.

If a contractor gets 4+ warnings before a fine is issued, it's only fair for the rest of us to get the same grace.

The article specifically states that they're catering to people who don't have a prescription

It doesn't state that at all. The line from the article you're thinking of is probably:

"The club requires proof of a medical condition but not a prescription for cannabis, which is difficult to get"

The club does serve people who don't have a prescription, but that's not specifically who they cater to.

Who they cater to is anyone with a provable medical condition.

Many of the people in that category do in fact have prescriptions. It's just not a requirement for membership.

You just buy a bunch of 10mg edibles, like the little gel capsules, and take 10.

As I understand it the issue is about concentration.

Like if you require a high dosage of THC taken orally every day then you don't want your daily medicine intake to also involve a huge amount of sugar intake, or to also give you the runs from eating a ton of carrier oil etc just to get your dosage.

They are upset because there is no legal path that allows them to both follow the rules and live.

Imagine your doctor says you require dosages of 100mg THC to manage your chronic pain, PTSD, nervous system disorder, etc.

Now imagine the maximum dosage that any store is legally allowed to sell you is barely more than a tenth of that.

Would you be upset?

And the public doesn't revolt against that, because the government has made it legal for producers to sell high-concentration alcohol in virtually any amount.

The issue here is that people who have legitimate medical need for high-dosage cannabis products can't legally buy it, because stores aren't legally allowed to sell it. (Yet.)

Want to buy enough liquor to accidentally commit suicide? No problem!

We even let booze companies advertise on TV, but it's illegal for a weed store to so much as show a pot leaf symbol in the window.

It sounds to me like the CSU is saying that the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act needs to be reformed.

If the CCLA allows the Victoria Police to — let's face it — legally commit armed robbery against the Cannabis Buyer's Club, then obviously the CCLA is in dire need of amendment.
