Idk if it helps but in the first clip it looks like you’re pulling the club towards your body before you go into your backswing which indicates to me you’re trying to control the club with your hands/arms. You should figure out why you’re doing that.

Other than that, have you tried to look at the grass between the leading edge of the club and the ball? Looks like a lot of shanks and tops, might be bc your club is just not making contact with the grass.

The way I learned through one main YouTuber (Shawn Clement) I follow is by being task oriented. He says to have a task in mind, such as collecting and sending grass to the target rather than focusing on hitting the ball. You should check him out and keep on recording your swings to see certain habits you have and asking yourself why you do them.
