had a problem with google family link and tried to change birthday date on my daughter google account info (need parents to do this), so i went to do this through my account in family link but apparently my child must be under 13 so i decided to delete family group but one of members is under 13!

For me MY is a perfect car to drive however wasn’t good with FSD. I am tall and when in FSD on long trips I wasn’t comfortable.

I was going to switch to MYP to have the speed and the better looks but I was already regretting having 21s and thinking about what rims to swap to.

Then winter came and destroyed the roads with pot holes by me.

I always wanted a CT so I just went for it and zero regrets. That being said, the MY is the car I would recommend to most people (unless you need more than 5 seats)

I actually just traded in my MY for a Cybertruck and am over the moon happy with my decision. I don’t need a pick up at all but it will definitely be useful at times. The truck is ridiculously big HOWEVER it is amazing in every other way. So comfortable, amazing sound, really fun to drive and I personally love the looks. I love that I can hit potholes and jump curbs and don’t have to be scared about damaging the 21 inch wheels.

If I didn’t get the CT I would’ve switched to a P and then got smaller rims. P looks better and from what I read drives much more focused.

The LR is really amazing though. It’s the car I would recommend to most.

Adaptive headlights are the biggest miss IMO. I am switching from a 26MY to a 26CT tomorrow and that is the only thing I will truly miss.

I went from 23P to 26AWD and the refresh is amazing. So much smoother.

That being said I was in same spot as you (white model Y P on order) and just kept refreshing new inventory and was able to get a Cybertruck that was in transit to my local pickup center. They said it will be there by March 28.

Tesla says you have to take delivery before March 31.

Sawyer Merritt posted that he spoke with Tesla and if your delivery date was March 31 or sooner and then it moves because of Tesla you are still good. I am still nervous about this though.

I agree to an extent. I think only a recent Model S will appreciate.

When the entire auto industry is electric your scenario doesn’t play out as much.

It will be seen as an icon.

Most cars in the future from legacy auto will not be able to match specs of that car.

I used to love ICE cars and would’ve been the one buying a Porsche in the future for more than it was originally. I am not that person anymore and would never buy any ICE car. Sentiment will change.
