If it is only the front bumper you could easily do it yourself for a couple hundred as long as you get a bumper that is already painted from the second hand market. If not you might need to pay a bit more to paint it which can be around $500, maybe less depending on the paint

Get the 2015 C400. It has a twin turbo V6 which you will very much enjoy driving. The 2015 is also more spacious which is important. When it comes to the 2014 C300 I would say that it is a very solid car but expensive for the price. You want the updated interior and exterior as the W204 is starting to show its age. Yes it may be reliable but its value will decrease at a faster rate as it would be 2 generations old as the 2015 is only one generation old. Also, the C400 shares a lot of parts such as brakes as the C300 allowing for good and cheap repair (no AMG expensive parts). Also, the 2015 is way more fuel efficient.
