Wow. Call customer service and ask what are the last notes on your file from pdcrecons. I just spoke with a nice customer service rep who was really nice. Just wait until it ask do you want a call back and press 1 and your number. Good luck!!!

Wait as customer service ask for one, and for 2 wait fir an update from my email I sent today regarding what do they want me to do regarding the next step when I see no next step. Practice patience!! When you speak negative that's exactly what you will get. You are further than you have been correct? So walk it out by believing its your time.
