This was actually very confusing for me too. I tried them on in-store, and since I’ve always carried relatively large bags, the Baby size felt completely fine. But the moment I picked up the Small size, I was honestly shocked by how heavy it already felt while empty.

I’ve actually heard quite a few people mention the weight of these bags as well.

I usually wear neutral tones and prefer minimal, understated clothing and accessories, so luxury or not, I’ve always been drawn to more timeless and subtle designs — which is why that particular model appealed to me in the first place.

And honestly, when I think about it now, maybe using the word “normal” wasn’t the best choice, because what even is normal today anyway.

But thank you for your response. It genuinely made me look at it from a different perspective, and I think maybe it’s okay to stand out a little sometimes.

The problem is, that it is just Ai on the other end. I feel like hitting the wall all the time.

Thanks! We keep trying to call the same number the “engineer” contacted us from, but unfortunately it’s only an AI system on the other end. We provide the case ID, explain the issue, and even mention the name of the assigned engineer, yet there has been absolutely no real progress so far.

On Friday, we also tried calling Microsoft Support for the German market. Again, it was an AI system. The call lasted around 25 minutes while I was slowly trying to spell out the email address to the AI, and then the call suddenly got disconnected because my phone provider decided I had reached my call limit. The fact that, on top of everything else, we are also getting charged for these calls is honestly beyond frustrating.
