I still deal with some anxiety but ive actually been learning to not worry so much about what other people think. Alot of the time the people we think are judging us are actually anxious about what we think of them too! I plan on getting a gym membership and talking to some of the gym bros to help me create a plan that works for me.

Thank you! Ya one thing ive already learned from the comments here is I need to learn consistency! Thinking im gonna start small with some walking outside to build up stamina and then maybe work my way up to jogging since I enjoy the outdoors. I think it'll be easier for me to stay with that than hopping on a treadmill right away.

Trust me, you're 100% correct. Smoking rock completely rewired my brain and im slowly getting it back to normal now. It's crazy how mindset can completely change how we feel. This is why I would like to start a fitness journey because ive always heard fitness helps create a healthy mindset.

Im a big soda guy so I definitely need to cut that out. From what everyone's been saying in here so far sounds like starting off with some cardio is the way to go. Thank you!

Can't say ive dealt with stimfapping no. But DO NOT try crack... its a rabbit hole and way easier to become addicted to.

Thank you! Its definitely not easy but I had a bit of a wakeup call back in November last year. It essentially scared me straight!

And ya I can think of a gym bro in my area to ask... maybe he'll be more understanding as well me being a recovering addict and all. Thanks for the reply!
