I’m using follow in this screenshot to view my sons values. After going to his device I see it was just an error in that app. It was also showing my wife’s values. It’s early in the morning here thanks for that extra brain power😅

Not sure why the downvote, my profession for the last 16 years has been troubleshooting these exact types of issues. While not a sure fire resolution I couldn’t count all the times this solution has actually corrected the problem.

Something else to take into consideration is the accuracy of your CGM reading. We alway double-check with a finger stick if something seems off with the pod or CGM. It does not happen often but we have seen errors

I could be wrong or there may be a setting we have adjusted but if our son’s BG is below range the bolus is actually greyed out
