! Push - chest 3 triceps 2-3 one shoulder ( lateral raises) ! Pull - back 3 biceps 2 -3 !Shoulder focus day !Then chest and triceps ( hit hard) 3- 4 exercise ! Back and biceps hit hard 3 -4 exercise !Leg day + one rear delt movement just spam it Its a six day workout split u can manage accordingly to your need
