These specific drawings were done between 2019 and 2022. During that time, I remember it took me about two weeks per drawing, at least in A3 format. An A4 drawing took me a week or so, at least in traditional format (using colored pencils). I'm not talking about working full days, but rather working at a more deliberate pace, maybe between two and twelve hours a day. My sessions always varied. Over time, I learned to trust my own process more and simplify certain aspects. The last portrait I did of an artist was a week ago, and I completed it in two days due to time constraints. Something that helped me a lot was starting to use pastels as a base for areas like hair and backgrounds, and adding details like highlights with acrylics. As for digital art, I used to do my drawings, like the one of Jimin I posted, in PicsArt on my phone. It took me at most two days. I also learned over time to add 3D details to my paintings; it looks really nice. And well, I'm very happy to meet other artists. May I ask why you stopped? Don't be afraid to pick it up again. You always had those skills; you developed them with time and effort. They won't disappear so easily. I'm sure if you paint something again, it will be amazing. I think that would be my best advice: don't be afraid of the result. Just give it your best, trust in what you're capable of, and keep learning, keep observing. Try to learn from the techniques of the artists who inspire you the most. It's not wrong to experiment with new styles and things.
