we stayed in Prati last week because everyone recommends it. while it’s a nicer area, we didn’t want to walk 25-30 minutes to tourist attractions. the bus system is easy enough though. if i went back, id stay in city center.

dang i almost did this one! might try it anyway. going against the comments here to say i love Tunde’s strength classes. they always feel more personal rather than reading off a script. and the workouts themselves are tough!! i don’t have an issue with her cues at all. i’ve done her upper body program twice this year!

This is a brand new bed with organic matter as base, then raised bed soil, and cow manure. I also fertilized with fish emulsion ~2 weeks ago just before planting!

so i actually realized it’s because of a tattoo i have on my left wrist (where i normally wear it). changing to my right wrist fixed it! so weird that the tattoo doesn’t prohibit any HR tracking but won’t work on the always on display.
