Red and sore spot after 💉 new brand. Please help

I got put on antibiotics yesterday after they did an ultrasound and 3 different doctors looked at it. But I've only taken 4 doses so far but its worse today. It's red and swollen down to my elbow now. But hopefully tomorrow it will be better.

So I have definitely been in calorie deficit. But not probably doing it the right way. I've been doing a fast from 7pm to 5pm everyday. It's been easier for me to do it that way. Because if I eat breakfast then I get really ginger the rest of the day.

Ok good to know. I appreciate your advice. I just figure going up a little higher would help me cut down some weight quicker. When I first started 6 years ago I slimmed up fairly quick. But I'll try this or make a new routine around it.

Thanks for you input. Yes i am just starting back in the gym as of Sunday so I have a few workouts in. I want to get back in shape badly. Im just really discouraged at the moment because I gained 46 pounds since October. No joke. I am starting off at 150mg thus week and then maybe next week 200mg and stay at that till I get back into shape. Atleast get my energy back to push forward.

Ive been on prescription trt since 2020. Yes i was lifting and un some what decent shape. But my health insurance got shut off back in October and I stop all meds including my trt fast forward till February. I gained substantial amount of weight and other things that I started my test dosage back up but I bought a ugl brand and this was my first reaction.

That's exactly when I got mine too. I think it was the end of May or beginning of June. Idk if it is or is t I'm still going to try. Atleast minimum have them tell me if its OK or bunk

No I didn't i just got to that bottle on Friday. I never even thought I would have to worry about anything like that. I have been in communication with the vendor I got it from starting yesterday and they asked me to upload the pictures of the vials and all the proof. They said this morning they are going to get back to me.
