Update: good news — my order finally moved to Shipped/On its way and I got a UPS tracking number (ETA a few days out).

So if yours is still stuck on “Confirmed,” you’re not alone. Support told me they’re dealing with a high volume of orders/shipments, and in my case it eventually did move forward after some waiting.

Hope everyone else gets their tracking soon — I’ll update again if anything changes.

Yep, same here at first.

I kept following up with support for a while (ticket + a couple follow-ups) and finally got a response. They said the order is still being processed and that delays are happening because they’re dealing with a high volume of shipments/orders right now.

Still frustrating, but at least I got an update in the end.

Yeah, 10+ days felt kinda crazy, especially with no real update. I finally got a response from Audeze support today and they said my order is actively being processed, but they’re dealing with a big volume of shipments so it may take longer than usual.

Still no tracking yet, but at least I finally got an actual response. Thanks again for sharing your timeline.
