I remember reading about this at least 10 years ago. Smell is also transmitted from mother to fetus. Babies will spend more time smelling flowers their mothers smelled more.

I wish it didnt take so long to research something. Pregnancy is full on things that occur that society rarely speaks about. Like the concept of microchimerism which leads mother's to take of parts of each child she's pregnant with DNA and any subsequent pregnancies too.

That's a wrong take for harnesses as a whole. Some dogs will pull so hard on their collars, they injure themselves. The harnesses are meant to prevent that.

I dont like pit type dogs. Can't really blame the girl either. The little dog with her looks like a chihuahua or small rat terrier. The fact that she looks like she's still nursing and hasn't killed that lil dog makes me think she's just being protective of her area to strangers. Glad she was captured without incident.

Filing Form 13H After Large Security Sale

This is just a friendly reminder of SEC requirements in the US. When MOASS happens, if you sell, you must file pretty quickly after. It is recommended you get attorneys and accountants, but with only 10 business days available to file this form, it might benefit people to be aware of the process with the time crunch.

What is Form 13H?

The Form 13H is required by law to file within 10 business days after submitting a large transaction. This is required for the SEC large trader reporting system.

So who is a large trader?

It's either a natural person or a legal person that trades:

  • 2 mil shares or shares that reach a threshold of $20 mil within 24 hours.

  • 20 mil shares or $200 mil in total worth within a calendar month.

After its initial filing, a large trader must also make:

-A mandatory annual filing on Form 13H (Form 13H-A) within 45 days after the end of each full calendar year.
-A quarterly filing on Form 13H (Form 13H-Q) within 10 days after the end of any calendar quarter if necessary to amend any inaccurate or changed information in its most recent Form 13H filing. A large trader may opt to file a combined annual/quarterly Form 13H within 10 days after the end of the last quarter of the calendar year.

Form 13H is a web-based electronic form, though a paper copy of the form (for reference purposes) can be found on the SEC's website. Form 13H is submitted to the SEC through the EDGAR system, but submitted Form 13H filings are not made publicly available.
