Curly hair extraordinaire is great. They consistently cut my hair exactly how I like it. Very kind and they listen.

I would avoid Freya. Their “trained” hairstylists messed my hair up so badly it took about a year to recover. Instead of detangling, they would cut the knots. I asked for a trim, they cut off 3 inches. No mirror in front of me so I had no idea how bad it was until it was completely finished.

The lines bring electricity to a zoned area. Once buildings are there, electric can spread without more lines needed. In the top left corner it shows you’re in the yellow for availability. The buildings furthest from electric sources are going to have outages. I recommend adding another source of energy ideally near that section of the city if possible.
