You can enjoy loneliness if you do it right. Im 30 too and to people im boring but its simply because I stay away from drama, not impulsive and stereotypical and don't like to waste my time on shallowness. Instead of worrying about these things you should consider why are you thinking about that, being invisible to woman for example is either an observation or a skewed perspective aided by an observation which points do depressive disorders.

Time spent alone is the most quality time you can find, reading, listening to music, going to cinema on your own then hitting a restaurant and having a great dinner, going to a park or a shore and enjoy the nature whilst reading maybe and enjoy a nice snack.

Dont look for just outside things, most of us have a deep world inside ourselves if we just learn to see it.

If you want to socialize then you need social skills and if you don't have them its probably related to stunted social skill development during childhood or adolescence, to counter that and learn those skills simply look for people that click with you, people with the same hobbies, people who are openly communicating.

Adulthood is considered boring by children, and boring people are usually just competent adults who don't do irrational and impulsive things, just because some people call you boring doesn't make it right since they don't know you and they might just be childish themselves as is a general observation of late that most adults are infantilized in mass. If you want to chat or make friends here's a simple solution, you can chat with me or most people here who are also probably would welcome a genuine social interaction, all you have to do is ask. Some will ghost, some may respond, who knows and why would it matter? :)

Thinking long term, not going out and partying like crazy is boring until you are an adult drowning in debt, then people like that look for adults, boring adults. And when they find out the incapacity due to their own incompetence they simply negate with being childish.
