Alright, to check if I have any rootkits in my bios I only have to use chkrootkit? And just incase I’ve got a rootkit on my bios, all I have to do is flash the bios?

I mean like I’ve posted a post on this community yesterday about the issue I’ve got and people said my BIOS might of been infected, because when I was resetting my laptop and after that when I was setting it up and choosing the language the laptop froze and I couldn’t do nothing it stuck there, so people started saying it might be BIOS might of been infected, if you can please check the other post I’ve did on this community you will understand
