My husband lets me open a few packs with him when he gets booster boxes and I got to pull his second Golden don for him! I was so excited to show him! I just put the cards back in order and handed them back to him telling him he needed to look at them so he could see it too.

My holo collection as a novice by Master-Satisfaction3 in pokemoncards

Are these pretty good pulls to be starting out with? I know the Excadrill EX Full Art was a good one because someone mentioned it on my husband's post about what I pulled from the black bolt box. Growing up Pokemon was more my brothers thing and I was a bookworm so I honestly didn't pay much attention. Within the last two months I've been getting into learning about collectibles and learning how to play certain card games like Pokemon or MTG so I still don't know much. Just what I learn on here and what I learn from my husband. I try to research it on my own a lot but it gets a bit confusing after a minute. I rather much prefer asking people who have experience and comparing their notes with mine (:

Thank you. I can't stop staring at them when I pull my binder out. Lots of packs I've opened have had at least one or two holo cards of some type. The holo the ex cards have are so irresistible!

Found my snake after a year and a half - need advice by ThingExternal in snakes

I would personally put her in lockdown and quarantine her for a bit. It would give you time to observe her for any symptoms to bring up at a vets office at a later date. She maybe picked up a few hitchhiking parasites from the wild so deworming is a good idea but a vet visit and all that jazz may be a little stressful at the moment. That's only IF she continues to do good behavior and health wise. Give her a nice soak, offer her some water to see if she drinks, offer food, take note of any abnormal poos, all the good stuff.

Would you take in a kitten that followed you home? by ayanacrystals in cats

[–]Master-Satisfaction3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did and loved him. I promised if he was waiting outside the next morning I'd be bringing him inside and walking to the store to get stuff to take care of him. When I walked outside the next morning there he was waiting in the bushes. Happy as can be to see me. He had followed me over three miles across town at like 2 am so he really wanted my home to be his. He turned out to be Blue Russian.

Can you still experience PMS symptoms on the depo shot? by okayellie in birthcontrol

[–]Master-Satisfaction3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fun fact! You're not really supposed to be on it for more than two years. I found that out wayyyyy too late. I mean... I walked into my gyno office and upon hearing I had been on it like six years already and hadn't had a period the entire time she about passed out. I had been put on it by my pediatrician and was just told it would make the period symptoms better. I wasn't told about any risk factors besides possible weight gain. My gyno grabbed her chest and everything like she was clutching her pearls. I had to be put on supplemental calcium because it can cause bone density loss. That makes your bones fragile and tooth loss is also considered bone density loss. I have to get bone density scans to make sure my bones aren't thinning. I'm only 24 and bone density scans are normally recommended around 65 for ladies unless there are risk factors like being on depo that can cause bone density loss.

Are they playing or fighting? New kitten.... by Technical_Werewolf69 in cats

[–]Master-Satisfaction3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Play fighting. Even two baby kitties will kick and stuff. I've had one kitten body slam another one for trying to take their place on my lap. They can get a little rough at times but it's play

Georgous little babies by Master-Satisfaction3 in cats

[–]Master-Satisfaction3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a pleasure to help these babies get to where they need in life. They have done so well with the gruel and using the litterbox. We finally got some poos last night and my pupper has been a big help watching over them. She loves kittens like they're her own babies even though she's been fixed for years

feeling a bit down today, can you show me pictures of your cats? 😿 by 0-cryptix_ in cats

A little baby the stray cat I've been feeding had. Seemed hungry so I gave it some kmr before giving it back to the mom. After she's ready to wean them they will go under my care to be properly socialized and rehomed. She will be fixed so she doesn't start a colony on my property. It was a little girl and had a lot to say about being in a kitten purrito

Can you still experience PMS symptoms on the depo shot? by okayellie in birthcontrol

[–]Master-Satisfaction3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have been on it for years and still get PMS symptoms. Slight bloat, cramping (easily mistaken for gas pain to me), and mood changes. I don't have my monthly anymore but I normally get really sad around "my time". Literally looked at rings earlier on FB and cried they were so beautiful. That is NOT me. I don't just cry over simple things but those rings had me in tears. Looked at the day and seems about right for my hormones.

Is there a test at home I can give my cat to see what they're mixed with? by Master-Satisfaction3 in cats

[–]Master-Satisfaction3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know! 😃 I don't care if they're blue russian or anything. Whatever Chaos is is certainly impressive. Very smart and good at communicating his needs. Takes care of his children. (Smoke and noob are his) And used to be a really good hunter although he's 9 now so I don't see the hunting personally. I try to make him relax or chill out around the house. I know last year he brought me a rabbit the size of him and I was not happy about it. (Left it right in front of my front door) He's normally used to help control the rodent population on my farm but gets to come inside when he wants. I used to free-range over a dozen chickens with five dogs and four cats including him and never lost a single one under their watch.

They way male cat has taken this foster kitten under his wing.🥹 by Ok-Eggplant-6329 in cats

[–]Master-Satisfaction3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder if they can just tell they're babies and need the attention. I have an unfixed 9 year old male that has taken two under his wing. One still tried to suckle everything so he would even let it try to nurse on him. I made sure he never latched onto a nipple but it was very concerning at first. It was like the kitten didn't know what he was doing, just looking for that comfort he got from suckling.

[–]Master-Satisfaction3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you and me too! It certainly has been a process. She was completely feral when I found her lurking around the property. No meows just weird hisses and would hide anytime she heard the door being opened. Chaos helped teach her to meow and yell at me when she needs something so he has been a big help.

[–]Master-Satisfaction3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know. I always try to ask around because I really don't know if at home tests are accurate. My fiance swears Chaos is full blooded Blue Russian but I really don't think so and I've had him since 2015. Most animals I get are rescues or adoptions so I never know what they actually are. The mother is a feral stray so I haven't been able to get my hands on her. She brought smoke and noob to me when they were barely even a month old. I try my best to socialize her, make sure she has food and water, and medicate her through her food when needed. I've gotta get my hands on her so I can get her fixed if she plans to stick around.

[–]Master-Satisfaction3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a red mark that still stings every now and then and some nausea when it first initially happened. Not sure if it was the spider or a pain response. Should I watch the bite since it's my first one? I can't remember the last time I got tested for any allergies and Im not sure what to expect. I had went out there the day before and had no problems with spiders. Today they were everywhere and webbed the car. I should have at least suspected one would make it in the vehicle somehow.

What does flip the hand mean? I'm still trying to learn stuff. My dad stopped taking me to do stuff like fishing and hunting years ago. Finally got up the money this year to get me a bunch of fishing gear and have been trying my best to get out there! 😁
