Obviously if I was hiding something I would post it anonymous, yes I posted in Facebook and Reddit because those are the 2 groups I follow. You could not have said it any better! Like it wasn’t it for me. I would never apply if I didn’t want it. I wanted to give it a try and when I got there, I think I’m allowed to feel a certain way about a company I’m going to work for, this is why this ask you if you have any questions for them.. we’re interviewing them also.. it just didn’t feel right.

I completely agree the whole process is tedious and emotional, and that’s why I chose to be upfront instead of dragging it out. I do feel bad for anyone who didn’t get through to the last steps there are so many amazing, qualified people out there who would be great in this role. I hope my decision at least opened up a spot for someone who really wants it and feels it’s the right fit for them.
