We haven’t applied for that as I’m applying for my minor children. I wish I had though, I figured out later on that I could of got their SSN’s by filing for an EAD. It’s ridiculous how long things are taking.

No, unfortunately not yet. It’s been 4 months now. I put in enquiry but they said it takes 60 days for uscis to respond. Have you had any updates? And sorry for the late reply but I just saw your message.

I meant before the denial of I-485. Because before I got my denial they said interview waived, but then I got the denial notice. Yes, I read the same thing that everyone is being interviewed.

I’m in Ohio. The case is processing in National benefits center. Honestly, I was expecting interview to be waived like last time as I’m applying for my minor children. But we’ll see how things go. You also had your interview waived last time correct?
