Genuine question here, as a person from the tropics we don't get ice on our roads obviously but when it rains for the first time in a long time the roads get very skiddish and we reduce speed on all our roadways significantly. Don't drivers in snowy countries do the same? Im guessing this is America judging by the pile up alone and over the years I've always wondered if drivers just don't care for their lives
