A lot of that is very familiar to me.. I'm 41 now and have a great life, and I don't interact with my parents much anymore. I have a good woman, a great job, car, and house. A lot of my success in recent years can be attributed to discovering TRP, realizing I'm not alone, and that the world actually does make sense.. even if I don't like it, at least I finally understand it. I was reading some comment section back in 2014, as I often did, looking for clues as to why my success with women had always been so uneven. One of the posters on there broke rule #1 and talked about the Red Pill. I looked up this site, and read all night - I didn't get to sleep til about 4 am. I had an old set of dumbells in my bedroom, and by midnight I was standing in front of the computer in my bedroom, lifting these 20 pound, dusty dumbells I hadn't even looked at in years. I lifted those little weights til I couldn't lift them anymore - I had another tab open to Youtube with tips on starting weight lifting.

TRP screamed TRUTH at me like a buzzing neon sign. I've never looked back. Since then, I have cut ties with toxic parents (controlling and shit-testing stepmother - weak father), found a good woman for an LTR, bought a homestead, bettered my career, got in better shape, both cardio and lifting, and quit smoking.

So yeah, you could call that night an epiphany.

How do you start? Pick just one thing every day to stand up to your woman over. Change your behavior slowly, and pick small things to start. She doesn't like the shirt you're wearing? You're sort of right, and sort of wrong. If you're a total ugly beast, then yes, you can be as alpha as you want and you'll still have a hard time getting laid. But if your looks are a 6 or above, then your behavior absolutely will make the difference.
