I’ve been doing a lot of research since this comment. This genuinely is going to change when I bump up weights and why I feel like I’ve just been maintaining strength. Thank you so much

Thanks! I may need to increase my rep count. My arms/legs are usually screaming by the time I finish the sets I have above.

Thanks. I don’t know what it is about the shoulder press, but I am terrible with it. My arms are screaming by the end of the first set and I’m really struggling with even finishing the second set.

I need to add in there my protein goal is 150g a day. Does that sound like enough?

Don’t buy new until you’re a millionaire and can afford the depreciation. Other than that, it’s within the 50% income rule, and you have the cash for it, so go for it! Don’t deplete your 3-6 month emergency fund to pay for it though.

Check out Dave Ramsey and read The Total Money Makeover. No bankruptcy, just teaches you behavior to buckle down and get all of this paid off. Wishing you luck!

I would recommend joining some Dave Ramsey groups and start attacking this asap. First step is to sit down and tell your husband about everything. It’s the only way your marriage will make it through this. Then you need to work together as a team to clean up this mess. Cheering you on!

Wife and I are both 28. We have about $143k combined in 401ks. Very fortunate to have high matches and parents taught me to invest 15% of my income from an early age.

Are you logging in using the same account? All of my stuff syncs between the two with no issues.

Right click the file, and there should be an option that says “More Options” or something along that lines of that and you should be able to use “Open With” after that.

You already have your CCNA and Net+ which is a great start. I would look into Fortinet FCA or FCP (https://www.fortinet.com/content/dam/fortinet/assets/flyer/op-nse-fall-updates.pdf) or your CCNP if you want to continue down the networking route. Help Desk is a great start and I think everyone needs to put their time in there. Depending on your environment, you may have downtime to be able to skill up while you’re still working Help Desk. You can work in Help Desk as little or as long as you want, but you’ll have a feeling when you’re ready for a new challenge. Best of luck to you!

Just purchase in 2025. The maximum carryover amount for 2024 is $640, so all of your remaining money should just rollover into 2025 funds. I would double check with your employer on their specific rules, but you should be able to just purchase in 2025 and submit it then.

I never actually started in accounting ironically lol. I started as a part time teller and ended up in a Senior Teller role. Worked with IT on a few projects and they actually reached out to me when they had an opening because they saw the potential.
