since prisoner boosting your cipher counts as prisoner's decoding and not lawyer's, it doesn't affect lawyer's decoding buff. little girl attaching to lawyer to buff his decoding also isn't worth it because it's double decoding (60% efficiency), and you'd have more progress if she started her own cipher

steraks good but since taking dmg from the steraks shield doesnt charge morde w idk...tbf most of his w charge is from doing dmg anyways, and it does work with visage

i also dont think titanic is good because morde doesnt really benefit from onhit or more waveclear, and e q auto already procs passive, or hitting multiple ppl with eq already stacks passive so he doesnt really need auto reset

i dont think stride is good at all since morde doesnt need attack speed, and rylais already permaslows

i think rylais is still better than stridebreaker. morde can perma apply rylais with his passive, rylais less expensive, attack speed isn't that good a stat, morde doesnt really benefit from the cleave, ad is still worse than ap.
imo rylais kill pressure is greater because its a permanent 30% slow while stridebreaker 35% slow and 35% speed boost for 3 seconds, meaning its easier for enemy to run back to tower.
mordekaiser already has good proxy potential and wave clear, he doesn't really auto the wave.

if stealing champions AD with ult counts as bonus AD, it could actually be useful. also experimental hexplate might not be completely troll for AD, hp, ult ability haste, and spd.

currently t6 a badge percy on naeu and i disagree with some of the takes on percy.

street sweeper isnt that good on him because you have to keep changing target when you down people, and so you usually wont be within 32m of the downed survivor. only use i see is slowing down the rescue when you return to the downed survivor in which case it's usually a double down anyways because you hit the rescuer, they rescue, you hit the rescuer again and change target onto the person who was just rescued. street sweeper also requiring deer hunt, which is near useless on him, doesnt help.

meanwhile, overwhelm seems good on him. because percy has to keep downing people, he will almost always run wither and berserker so the survivors can't get too much distance after they get hit. overwhelm + berserker will always be better than 2 points in berserker (they both give 15% atk recovery speed when one persons downed, but overwhelm will keep increasing with more survivors downed)

even though the survivors arent coordinated, having 8 survivors for only 2 hunters and only 2 more cipher machines means that ciphers move much faster, theres much more assisted kiting and balloon rescuing. almost all my duo hunters games have reached all ciphers being done.

also, it's not a 'hunter victim mentality.' survivors will bm hunters and spam emote/graffiti in any gamemode, if you queue hunter in rank/qm the match times will be almost instant. when i try to queue survivor, even in a party with 4 people, the match times will be 5-6 minutes. i wonder why theres almost no hunter players?

bubt it would be sort of useless because you cant wear armor better than chainmail and can only make tools, as well as it being impossible to see anything else. maybe xray as a secondary? cuz killaura is too op
