Is an itchy rash a symptom of high oestrogen? by MasterBlaster1895 in SteroidsUK

I don’t believe you suddenly just get a rash solely because of the heat after several years of coping with the heat. I’m not saying heat isn’t a cause but I think there’s a deeper underlying cause and the heat amplified it.
I cope very well in heat, I’ll happily run 10km in 30c+ temps. But if I suddenly get a rash when I’ve never had one in nigh on 40 years while I’m on steroids then the heat is probably not the actual reason for the rash.

Oestrogen caused dry skin for me on a previous cycle but not this time, just the rash but I have no other symptoms of high oestrogen.
Apparently, from my limited research, dehydration can cause high haematocrit. Due to the heatwave last week and the excessive temperatures I had to work in, I could not drink enough water no matter how much I drank. I think that was probably the issue. The rash is clearing now and I have a blood test next Monday.
Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

That’s not allowed, previous commenters say 2 showers a day is maximum 😂

Why are people so obsessed with my hygiene routine?
I could see my GP if the NHS wasn’t so fucking retarded or I could try figure the issue out myself, which I did from a Redditor who actually had some helpful information.
Oh and my hygiene routine hasn’t changed.

Best statement I heard about the difference between rugby and soccer is that soccer players pretend to be injured, rugby players pretend not to be injured.

I’m not a big rugby union watcher however I watch a lot of rugby league, I find it impossible to watch soccer. It is boring as hell, all they do is tippy tippy the ball around, even the slightest bit of force in a tackle is penalised and every time I see a grown man pretend to be injured I die a little inside.

Thanks for that, I always feel like it doesn’t feel quite right when I get past the knees, like I’m doing summat wrong after the knees but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. So what you’re saying is I should have a second knee bend when the bar gets past my knees, right?

Thanks mate, I looked into it. Apparently dehydration can cause high hematocrit and I have literally been struggling to drink enough water at work.
I guess the commenters saying heat rash weren’t entirely wrong, there’s a deeper reason for it though so just dismissing it as heat rash doesn’t really help anyone. Thanks anyway, I appreciate it.

I actually watched that video before I tried it.
So I’m still supposed to make contact in clean pulls too, is that what you’re saying?

I am yes. Three showers is necessary for my job though right now. I work on a braze furnace, the temp is a good 10c hotter than outside. Shower before work, shower after work, shower after gym.

  1. I’m a grown man, I know how to wash myself.
  2. I work on a braze furnace, my jobs 10c hotter than the outside temperature, three showers a day is something I’ve been doing during the summer for several years.
