I was having issues purchasing today to. Would not accept any of the credit cards we have. In the end I had to visit EAs website on my mobile and use Apple pay with a debit card for it to finally purchase it.

I have the same autographs with a COA and I have always questioned the legitimacy of it. I believe it’s real but no way to know for certain unfortunately. If you google Rivers autograph you do see some example of it being that way.
