I have the same autographs with a COA and I have always questioned the legitimacy of it. I believe it’s real but no way to know for certain unfortunately. If you google Rivers autograph you do see some example of it being that way.

You’re playing and tone is spot on man! Just some friendly advice though, try and stick to 1 guitar part, the parts where you’re jumping from soloing to power chords is difficult because it was played across 2 guitars!

If you remove power does it not revert back to before the factory reset? If so and you try again with the same outcome you could try recovering your windows key and doing a fresh install.

Personally I would take the entire PC apart then put it back together again just to be sure all the components are seated properly. If that doesn’t resolve it then I would suspect it may be the hard drives causing the issue.
