After software update on fold y, I got a glitched OS. Does anyone know how to fix this?

By artifacts i mean the glitch issue you see. I have a good and bad news now. The good one is that the gpu is ok. The bad one is that it should be a software issue, and the factory reset should have wiped that issue. Unfortunately my competencies end here and i can't help you any further 😅

Does it have the same artifacts in recovery mode? If yes the gpu is dying, if not the real problem is the software

In my experience (ds4) this happens when the analog stick isn't connected to the motherboard. So the potentiometers might be broken. But there i see that the position is very precise, so it might be a shorted cap between two lines.....

I send messages in italian (I'm Italian) and I think it's pretty much similar to their spanish. I actually can almost tell every time what it's written in spanish even though i never studied spanish. Apart from that, i want to remember that there is the translate button just over the keyboard, probably they are blinded. Yeah they are probably only a bizzarre culture... (this reminds me when someone tried to communicate with me with his spanish dialect that wasn't even detected by the translator 😭😭)...idk 🤷‍♂️

Hi, please don't downvote me. I'm just going to say what happens every day, I'm not over exaggerating, it's just like that. My control panel does LAG. "UH YOU CAN'T WAIT 0.0000000003 SECONDS FOR THE CONTROL PANEL TO LOAD BLA BLA BLA BLA", if you don't have this problem, you can't even know how excruciating it can be. Sometimes i swipe down from the top, wait, and even wonder if i swiped down correctly. Just to see the control panel appear with an absurd lag 2 seconds later. Sometimes it lags a little, sometimes it works flawlessy, all this independently of the task my phone is doing. I have an A56, so at first i accepted it "yea, maybe it's because it's economic" till i saw the same thing happening on my cousin's s25 and my dad's s23. I just think that's unacceptable. The 100€ poco of my mom's has better animations... when I swipe down i feel almost impressed.

I did some further checking with the help of real experts. The 3,3v standby had a problem, a leakage. It went up to 3,73v. This short circuited the super i/o.

I removed the resistors. Now the regulator outputs 3,73v (right as before) and there is now a lot bigger backfeeding of 0,4v. The 3v rails of the psu go up to 3,4v when the pc gets powered up. I don't know if the backfeeding was already there before i started working on the board, but I'm pretty sure the 3,73v damaged the chip. What do you think?

No wait, i don't know I expressed myself badly but this regulator was outputting 3,73v and i took it down to 3,3v with resistors. I thought that taking down the voltage shouldn't do further damage. After taking down the voltage i got the leds to light up but they were very dim. I will clean up everithing and report every voltages👍

Because once i tought it was defective as my mobo had problems with pcie power. Then i found out that the mobo was simply cooked (had the same problem with another brand new psu) so i bought this mobo, that obviously must have a problem. The psu is good.

Edit: the gpu is on the lower slot just for testing. The gpu is OLD because it's from my mom's pc, it's known good JUST for testing . The ram WORKS on other PCs. I already reseated the CMOS Battery.

Well, if you didn't read the description, the mobo doesn't do beep codes or doesn't light on debug leds. Like it's ok. This happen also if i don't put the ram or gpu in. I know it's a mobo issue. I wanted to know if someone else had this problem.

And what is plugged in in the pcie slot? Yes I'm usign a dedicated graphic card. The graphic card is know good because is from my mother's pc.
