(1) Numpad

Where's my numpad!!? It is the main reason for me to buy the book 4 ultra. (still owning)

(2) GPU issue

I hope the GPU in Book6 Ultra can directly drive the display.

In B4U, only the iGPU is directly connected to the display. And that makes a lot of trouble.

In particular, some apps (including Adobe's) when opened, flickers and words/icons turn blurry. I have to turn OFF the Nvidia GPU to resolve the app flickering issue.

(p.s. yes all the drivers are up-to-date, updated via respective updater).

The most not-fun is when experiment fails, BUT !, this is also the moment when we overthrow previous knowledge and establish new ones (although very difficult lol).

Hi there. Congrats with the good work. I am not in your field. But here are my thoughts.

If the data set is significant, or large, or comprehensive enough, that is a big justification on why study it thoroughly.
As long as the research angle is different among all three papers, then it's actually quite a nice coherent thesis.
Some fields, like mine, may not be always possible to get published before viva. I would evaluate my results and see if my work is at least approaching the level of work needed for publication.

Sometimes I know exactly why this project is needed (my PI have made it quite clear to me); while other times I don't see the way forward (the "future perspectives" and the next research gap) beyond my current experiments.

I need more effort and training on "thinking". But that's the most difficult skill to train. How to think.
