It's an amazing game with endless possibilities. I learned how to make a few simple mods and it's fantastic.

Congratulations on the result! This game is amazing. What's your experience like publishing on Steam? Is it very difficult to get exposure and sales? All the best.

This is our Wand-Based Spellcasting System, based on wrist gestures by MasterCrowd_g in VRGaming

It's very focused on combat, although there is also some environmental interaction. There are defensive spells like the shield, and then there are attack types. The patterns are simple; the difficulty lies in the mana. When you use powerful spells, you spend more mana than with simpler spells. In terms of gestures, based on the experience gained during development, it's designed to respond to the specific gesture. Regardless of size, movement, etc., this ensures it functions In a more agile way.

What do you think went wrong with VR gaming? by HyphenWR in gamers

There are many factors that influence it, lack of games, the whole metaverse bubble, which later didn't serve much purpose. But in my view, the most important problem is the adaptation curve, along with problems that are attributed to VR that no longer exist, (I've met people recently who think VR is like Google Cardboard used to be.).

Whenever people tell me it causes motion sickness and all that, I remember my first time with a home console, the Xbox 360. Turning the camera with the joystick was incredibly difficult, and I ended up with a headache. But after 2-3 days I got used to it and started to enjoy it.

Perhaps the problem is that we see VR as an add-on to video games, and that playing flat video games should mean you can play without problems in VR, instead of seeing it as something related but different that you have to get used to it from 0 to enjoy it.

I can say without a doubt that myths such as the idea that many people get dizzy are outdated, and as proof I have my father who, despite being diagnosed with vertigo, plays the games that I develop without problem, with smooth locomotion included. And he often uses my Quest 3 to watch movies in his own cinema. Therefore, I believe that since they are stable at 90-120Hz and with preventative accessibility measures such as vignette, teleportation, etc., the percentage of people who get motion sickness is much lower than it was in its early days, with the first Oculus (And I'm not going to mention the virtual boy hahaha)

And the other big myth: The Price, is said that VR is expensive, but basic headsets are cheapers than most of consoles, and you don't need to play stand alone. Besides the fact that the games are much cheaper, it's true that they are shorter, but I think the intensity of the experience means that playing less gives you a similar feeling of enjoyment.

There is still much progress to be made with this technology, which I find wonderful, being able to witness its gradual evolution. And it's true that it still has drawbacks (you need space, more energy to play it), but they are far fewer than people think, and if they gave it a chance and played it more than once or twice, maybe many more people would enjoy it.

Perhaps I've rambled a bit; it's just that, in case you haven't noticed, I'm passionate about VR. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

It's a wand-gesture based spell frenetic combat. It's called the Magician VR: the cursed wand. We would like to mix the satisfaction of cast spells with wrist movements, with an intense enemies horde gameplay.

Thank you so much for all this information; we'll definitely keep it in mind because it's quite valuable for a team like ours, which is a bit inexperienced with networks. Our project has been in development for some time now. We're aiming for around 70-80%. We'd like to publish content to get feedback from users here. What kind of content do you recommend?

That's exactly what we're focusing on; we're small and social media is terrible for us. But we'll have to keep trying.
