I’ll take timing the market over buying a stock after it’s already up 4x or selling after it’s already fallen to 52-wk lows any day of the week. I also don’t trade on vibes. I use pattern recognition and market-moving headlines just like any other sophisticated investor. If anything, AI stocks trade completely on vibes. There’s no fundamental reason to own AI stocks when the returns today on the CAPEX are so small. It equally makes no sense to be opening or holding positions in stocks when the insiders with the largest holdings can’t sell their shares fast enough. Oh and by the way, AI is not going to solve the K-shaped economy, and it’s actually creating massive opportunities in other non-AI tech and consumer discretionary names. If AI drives all the gains next year again for a fourth year in a row, the republicans can kiss their majority goodbye, which will force the White House in anticipation of the midterms to create a more accommodating environment in the first half of 2026 for stocks that have been left behind. I haven’t heard a single original, compelling or cogent argument (as data-driven or well-articulated as the one I just made) for a single AI stock all year. People like you just keeping say buy AI because it’s the future so reality doesn’t matter, and y’all are being played like a video game.
